MAM-DIGI HUB Kick-off underway, the project aiming to support young mothers in developing digital skills.
The overall goal is to support the development of digital entrepreneurial skills for young mothers, contributing to European objectives of inclusion and digital transformation.
On 24 and 25 February 2026, the Kick-Off Meeting of the MAM-DIGI HUB project took place in Trieste, coordinated by Mimma Dreams APS, a key moment to officially launch the project and give concrete shape to cooperation among international partners.
The meeting brought together representatives of partner organizations from Italy, Spain and North Macedonia, immediately creating a space for open, participatory dialogue focused on building a shared vision. The Kick-Off Meeting served a dual purpose: on the one hand strategic, to align goals and methodological approach, and on the other operational, to define tools, roles and timelines that will guide the entire project pathway.
The day was devoted to presenting the project and the partnership, with a focus on the general and specific objectives, target groups, and the structure of the Work Packages. Partners shared skills, experience and good practices, helping to build a common reference framework. Ample space was also given to the consortium’s cooperation principles, decision-making processes, risk management and the definition of impact indicators, as well as financial aspects and the project’s communication and dissemination strategy.
The partners then worked on defining the online activities, the detailed scheduling of actions and the main milestones, clarifying responsibilities and workflows. A key step was the design and approval of the shared monitoring system, including tools and standardized questionnaires to assess skills and the impact of future activities.
The Kick-Off Meeting in Trieste was a crucial step to consolidate the partnership, strengthen team spirit and ensure a shared understanding of the project and its goals.
This first meeting laid solid foundations for coordinated, results-oriented development, marking the official start of the MAM-DIGI HUB journey with a clear, shared vision ready to turn into action.
