Promoting intercultural dialogue among young women
The project aims to promote intercultural dialogue between young women from European rural backgrounds and from the countries of Region 1 (Eastern Balkan area), with the objective of developing basic digital skills useful for the creation and management of small online businesses.

In rural communities, women face significant challenges, including economic constraints, limited access to resources and educational opportunities, and cultural restrictions that hinder their economic and social participation. Through intercultural dialogue, the project aims to create a space where these women can share experiences, strategies and solutions, while fostering greater awareness of the importance of gender equality and women's empowerment.

Planned Activities
Expected results and impacts
The project includes structured activities to achieve the set objectives. First, practical tools for counseling and professional guidance will be developed for youth workers to support women from rural backgrounds in defining educational and career paths online.
Secondly, workshops and online training sessions on specific topics related to digital entrepreneurship will be organized, such as the use of social media for marketing, financial management, and content creation for the web. These workshops will provide practical skills that will enable participants to start and manage small online businesses.
Finally, a digital platform will be established to promote the exchange of resources and knowledge among young entrepreneurs. This collaborative network will allow addressing common challenges, promoting tolerance and teamwork skills in an intercultural context.
The project aims for concrete and lasting results. The participants will acquire digital skills useful for improving their economic and social opportunities, contributing to their financial independence. Youth workers will be equipped with innovative tools to offer support to women.
Furthermore, the creation of an international network will promote collaboration among women from different cultural backgrounds, stimulating mutual understanding and dialogue. The project aims to raise awareness in local communities about the issues faced by rural women and to promote positive social changes through women's empowerment.
In the long term, a multiplier effect is expected: the women involved will be able to spread the skills acquired and inspire others in their communities, contributing to the creation of more inclusive and innovative societies.
